The cozy La Cabane lodge, with its closed-in garden and stunning views, provided the perfect retreat for me and my partner. the 80-hectare property, owned by a family with strong ecological values, offered a peaceful sanctuary with ample opportunities to explore nature. The housekeeping service ensured our lodge was always pristine, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. the on-site grocery shop was a convenient option for picking up essential items, and the option to pre-order meals made dining hassle-free. Exploring the organic vegetable garden was a delightful experience, knowing that the kitchen utilized fresh produce for delicious local dishes. We loved taking walks on the marked trails, admiring the lush vegetation and stunning mountain views. the common area with kiosks and a plunge pool was the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of Chamarel. Overall, our time at La Vieille Cheminee was a true escape from the ordinary. the attention to eco-friendly practices and sustainable agriculture was commendable, adding an extra layer of appreciation for the natural beauty surrounding us.
